Let me introduce myself…

My name is Kate Snyder.

There are many different reasons people will go for a massage. Relaxation, muscle pain and tension, headaches/migraines, and sciatica are just a few. If someone is in pain, I enjoy the task of trying to identify and isolate the problem area with hopes of helping to make them feel better. I make sure to communicate with my clients before their session begins to fully understand what it is they need me to focus on and what outcome they would like to achieve, which often changes from one massage to the next. One time it might be a headache or low back pain, another time you might just need to relax. I will handcraft your massage to how you feel that day. By blending various techniques and working intuitively, this personalized approach tailors each session to your specific needs, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and balanced!

I received my training in Medical Massage in 2006 at Blue Heron Academy of Healing Arts and Sciences. I have since been trained in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage, Cupping Therapy, and Myofascial Release. I also incorporate Deep Tissue and Relaxation massage techniques when needed or requested.

My goal is to have feeling your best!
